Team member at Jimmy’s office for 4 years. I was born and raised in Los Angeles CA. My goal here is to create strong relationships with our current & new customers every day. Fluent in Spanish & encouraged to always help my tribe move forward. I have a passion for music & enjoy visiting music festivals throughout the year when possible. I love playing soccer on the weekends with friends & always look forward to meeting new people. On my free time I enjoy watching sports/comedy & hanging out with friends & family.

Agent team member at Jimmy’ Office. I was born and raised in Hong Kong, and lived in Panama for 11 years. I speak fluently in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Spanish. My goal is to offer our customer professional and friendly service for all their insurance needs and inquiries. In my free times, I love to spend it with my wife and our three children, either watching a movie or going out shopping.

New team member at Jimmy’s Office. Born in Pasadena, CA and raised all over Southern California and Nevada. It is my goal to assist of all of our customers and provide them with friendly service of the utmost quality. I am fluent in English, have an intermediate competency of written/spoken Japanese (日本語能力試験に、私のレベルは多分[N3]と思います。), and a novel understanding of written/spoken Mandarin and Spanish (I have also dabbled in French, German, Latin, Korean, Greek, and Russian; the latter three of which I can at least read and write, but not understand). I am passionate about studying linguistics and culture, with associate’s degrees in Japanese and the Humanities from Pasadena City College. Outside of work, I can be found spending time with my cat, reading, playing video games, studying etymology/writing systems (id est, “being a nerd”), or occasionally watching anime/movies with my friends.
